Why can’t I set up for card transactions

I have linked to my bank account etc but when I get to the final step on setting up for card payments it says there is a third party issue that will be rectified soon. It’s been 4 days now with the same response every time. Has anyone else had this issue??

If this issue is ongoing, I would suggest getting in touch with our customer support team directly. It sounds like there may have been a delay in your account verification, which can happen occasionally.
