Why can't I see "favourites" on team members checkout?

I can see it on my owner checkout but not on my team login.

Hi @Wobbly-Jai , thanks for posting on the Community 👋.

 Can you confirm that you don't have a Favourites tab on your POS app, or that there are no favourites saved in the tab ? I recreated this on my end, and you should be able to view the favourites as the account owner does.

In the meantime, I suggest going through the troubleshooting steps outlined in this support article.

Hi thanks for the response.

in my owner log in I have the favourites  tab in checkout however on the teams login on the iPad in checkout I have “keypad” and “library” but no favourites tab and I can’t find a setting g in the owner account to change or add it.

Were you able to perform the app troubleshooting steps on the iPad ?

I'd be happy to check with our team if this is expected behaviour. To do so, I'd need the following information:

• version of your POS app,
• iOS version of your iPad,
• screenshot of the checkout screen (iPad),
• how you log in to the iPad - do you log in with the owner credentials and type in the Team passcode, or does one of your staff log in with their own credentials ?
