Hi the last 3/4 times I have used my square I have not been able t tap customer’s credit card, but had to manually enter it every time! Can you please advise how to fix this! Thank you Nicholetta

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you're having trouble with your reader. It sounds like the reader may have become disconnected from your mobile device.
Can you try connecting the reader (via the Square POS app rather than your device Bluetooth settings) then running a $1 test transaction as per these instructions.
