Why are my variations not appearing on my Online Store?

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Variations not displaying Sale pricing]

 

I created sale pricing on several products with variations and they don't reflect sale pricing with slash through and Sale banner. Please advise!

Happy to look into this. To make sure I am understanding, what website builder did you use to create your site? (Weebly, Wix, WooCommerce, GoDaddy etc.) Also if you can provide your URL, that would be great.

We use the square online(Weebly) website builder.  The issue is that with 2 different sizes, the software only show the sale price when you choose the size on the product page. I wanted the "Sale banner" and the price cross through on the category page to encourage the sale. I did a workaround and created separate items for each size on sale.

But my biggest issue right now is the hardcoded message in the order confirmation emails,

regarding calling when you arrive. We don't want customers to call, we fulfill over 100 orders in a 4 hour period and we have staff stationed in our drive-through area to help them. customers are waiting on the street to call and they get frustrated when we tell them to just pull into our pickup lanes. It's a big problem for us. Please let that text be user-generated!!!

Hi @AvasinNM,

 

I checked in with our e-com team and currently there's not a way to remove the "Call when you get here" verbiage with curbside pickup. We recommend turning OFF curbside pickup and putting your pickup instructions in the pickup settings instructions area.
