Can you confirm whether you took the screenshot from your Appointments app or the Dashboard ?
If you took it from your app - are the service durations reported incorrectly when viewing the invoice on the Dashboard as well ? Is this affecting all invoices or only one/a few ?

Thank you! I no longer see it displayed on the mobile app. I will try that should it happen again.
I am seeing the same issue on my invoices both in the app and when I log in to my online dashboard. My services are 30 minute sessions but under the service it lists 500 hrs.
