I own 2 location, since yesterday all the payments we are taking from location #2 are being registered to location #1. How can I fix this issue?

I am sorry you seem to be having some trouble, I am happy to help. Generally, I have only seen that when the merchant has been signed under the wrong location. I hate to ask the obvious but have you confirmed we are not logged in to the incorrect location?
We are experiencing the same issue. We have two Weebly websites, each with a separate Square location. However online purchases made on both Weebly sites are being sent to the one location. Please can you help?
