We have two Weebly website sites, each linked to a one Square account where we have two locations. Currently, all online purchases (on either Weebly website) are being sent to the one location. We checked all the settings and everything appears to be set-up correctly. What are we missing?

This could be linked to your fulfillment settings. If you have shipping enabled for your website, can you verify that each website has the correct location linked for inventory ?
To do so, log in to your website editor:
The orders and transactions placed on the website should now be linked to that location.
