My items are all online courses set up as events. They seem to spontaneously become "unavailable" for no apparent reason. Not an inventory problem. Not a shipping problem. One day it's available and then it's not. Also, when I create a new item, it usually refuses to show up as available even when status says it's visible. Then when I check the website later, it eventually shows up available.
I currently have only one item (event) for sale. A purchase was made a few days ago, so it was working then. Now it shows up as unavailable. When my husband checked it on his phone, it said unavailable but when he clicked on the unavailable button, it switched to available and he was able to purchase. But how many people are going to bother clicking a button that says unavailable? Also, that trick does not work on laptops. This is extremely damaging to my start-up business. I'm at a loss.
I have invested a lot of time in creating this website and learning how to use the various features. I'd hate to switch hosts now, but if this continues, I don't see how I have a choice.
