It sounds as if it's possible that you haven't set up your shipping settings yet, @Romo997. Have you had a chance to look at this article about setting up Real Time Shipping?
I think the other thing you've mentioned is that you aren't seeing the pickup or delivery options when you've added an item to the cart. This thread should shine a light on how your customers are able to change the desired fulfillment method.
