Why are certain items in my catalog not connecting to my Facebook shop?

There are currently 973 active items listed in my Square inventory/website, but only 371 of these items are available to shop via my connected Facebook/Instagram shop. How do I get these other items to show up there so that I can tag these items on Facebook & Instagram?  (P.S. This is only a recent issue, as I have not had this issue in the past & have always been able to tag all items right away.

This is probably not the easiest or fastest answer, but I know you can manually ADD items to your Facebook/Instagram shop. If you log into your Instagram, go to your profile, and then go to the Professional Dashboard and choose Instagram Shopping, there's an option in there to "Manage Products".  This will bring up a list of all products and you can either Hide or Add to the shop from the list. I get that clicking through 600 items will take some time, but that's how I've always done it. I'd love to know if there's a better way!

Sometimes Facebook will keep items "in review" for whatever reason as well so you may want to check on the Facebook side. I sell books and if the book title or description has anything in it that violates their terms, they'll nix it!  Hope this helps!
