Why are Automatic discounts ONLY working on the App and not on the website?

So I've followed all the required steps by only selecting idividual items, not setting up automatic discounts for categories etc.

I have spent literally hours following every guide and reading every post and nothing is helping.

The discount I have set up works perfectly in the Square app on my iPad but when I use the QR code to follow a purchase link to online store like my customers will, the automatic discounts do not apply.

Basically, I have 1 item. It costs $5.

I want it to total $15 if they buy 5.

I want it to cost $25 if they buy 10.

Please I'm begging, Somebody give me the solution!

I Don't use Square Online, but just going though the process.. Make sure you have the  ' Discount will automatically apply to Square Online sites' ticked in your discount definition.

I think you did confirm this, but the discount is working correctly on the POS automatically isnt it ?
