Why am i not getting audible notifications through Square For Restaurants on my Square Terminal?

I recently set up an account with Doshii to integrate our Uber Eats, Doordash & Menulog orders.

We started receiving our first orders yesterday, but there is no audible alert or notification when these orders come through on the tablet. Also, there are some Uber Eats orders that we are not receiving here and there. It may not be just happening to Uber Eats orders, it's just that we get a less orders from Doordash.

I have checked the settings on my Dashboard, as well as the tablet (such as the volume is set to maximum & I have slid the toggle on for accepting online orders).

I am subscribed to Square on Line, but I have not done anything with it. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

You are welcome, @OZZYTHAI! I just heard back from our Hardware team and they wanted to confirm, is this for Square Online orders? If so, then you are able to adjust the sound settings.

 

The Square Terminal will make a noise for new Online Orders if these settings are configured:

- On your Terminal, go to More > Settings > Orders > Alerts & Notifications. Toggle on "Allow new order notifications".

- Again from your Terminal, go to More > Settings > Hardware > Sounds > toggle on "Enable device sounds".
