My account manager seems to have left square as her phone doesn't go through anymore. I would love to chat with my account manager but can't seem to find where I would know who that is. I searched on my account details on square but couldn't find anything. Does anyone know how to get a new account manager or how to get in contact with the current one if you don't know who it is?

I am also having the same issue. I have sent several emails to my old Square Account Manager asking for the contact info for my new Square Account Manager. It has been over 5 weeks and I still haven't received the information. Can someone please let us know who our direct point of contact is ? Why didn't we get an email letting us know there was a change ?

Good morning -- having exact same issue here for Biscuit Love - I have been trying to get in touch with our account manager for weeks and think she might no longer be with Square -- I tried her phone number too and it said it was disconnected (not a good sign) - I would love to speak to someone ASAP - specifically regarding table side QR code ordering.
