Where to find the QR code for 2-step verification

I've set up 2-step verification after scanning the QR code and it appeared in my Authenticator App. I now want to remove that and it asks me to enter the verification code, however SquareUp has disappeared from the Authenticator app. I can't seem to find the QR code on the SqaureUp menu. Can anyone please help me find the QR code so that I can continue?
