Whenever I perform a transaction a black box opens on my phone screen that blocks me from seeing the numbers.  Why does it stay on the screen so long.  How do I fix that from happening.  Thank you.

Sorry to hear you're having troubles!

I'm curious to know more about this black box. Does it pop up when you first start your app or is it popping up when you're in the middle of a transaction? If you could share a screen shot of what it looks like it would help us troubleshoot further.

The only thing I can think of is there is a black box that pops up when you first start up your app that shows you when devices (printers, cash drawers, bar code scanners, etc) are connected. That usually goes away after a second or two, and you're usually able to work on the app like its not there. Any other black box may be a problem that needs to be researched further.

Also: make sure you're running the latest version of the app. I've seen times where the older versions of the app work oddly due to back end changes.

Ok, so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.  I still get the same box. It stays on the screen too long.
