Can you confirm that you have linked a bank account to your Square account ? If you haven't yet, this would explain why you haven't received your transfers. You can link a bank account either through the POS app, the Dashboard or by using Plaid. You'll find more information about these options here. I also recommend going over our Bank Account Troubleshooting article, which provides more details about verification issues.
If you have linked an account already and were able to receive transfers in the past, I invite you to contact our Support Team directly so they can examine your account further.
