When printing orders from square online (desktop version) it prints only a blank page. How do I resolve this? It does this with different printers and even when creating a PDF the file is blank

Are you just going to safari or windows navigation to print? When I do that it prints blank but if you click on the "Print Order" button in the top right of the page, it corrects the problem for me. I am using Safari on a Mac Desktop.

I am using the print order button from chrome on both windows and Android but it just prints a blank page. Also I have contacted square support several days ago and all they do is reassign it back and forth from general help to online help

I'm having the same problem.  And it's been going on for weeks.  I also use Chrome.

I was able to recreate the behavior on my end. I've escalated this to our Ecom specialist for further review, and I'll let you know once I have an update. Hang tight !

Hi @Stopher,

 

I just heard back from our team, and this is a known issue when using Chrome. Our engineers currently working on a fix, and I'll let you know when it's resolved.

In the meantime, you can either :

  • Use a different browser.
  • On the Order page, tick the box next to the order then select Print (see screenshot below)
