When I End Drawer it doesn't show all information.

When I click on the Close/End drawer sometimes all I see is the amount of the open drawer and actual in the drawer. It doesn't always show what should be in the drawer or cash sales, etc. Does anyone know why this happens?

are you signed in under your name? Your passcode?

Hey @Virginiann - you're right on target with the questions your posted above. Sounds like you're logged in with an employee's 4 digit pass-code that has restricted visibility into Cash Drawer Reports.

If you're running the POS as the owner, simply tap the logout option in the menu toolbar and replace it with the owner's passcode. Since that code gives full access, you'll be able to see the expected amount in the cash drawer reports. 

If you want to keep using the the employee passcode, you'll need to enable View Expected Cash Drawer Amount for the role in the Teams tab of Dashboard.
