What to do when printer and reader wont stay powered?

Our card reader and printer keep powering off, now wont come on even after restart of system.  This went on for 2 days, we called support and they said to restart system.  Now its not working at all.  I cant reach customer support for a bit because Im on east coast.

In taking a quick look at your Square account, I can see you managed to touch base with our Support Team via email. In reading the exchange I wasn't able to ascertain whether your Square Reader and printer are currently connected to the Square Stand, are you able to confirm in your reply?

No need to respond here if you're satisfied with the support you're receiving via your current case, otherwise, please confirm the following details so we can lend a hand:

1. Is your Square Reader and printer currently connected to the Square Stand? 
2. If not, can you confirm which device you are connecting your hardware to (E.g. the brand and model of the mobile device or tablet)?
3. Are you able to confirm the model of the printer you are using, and how this is connected to the Square app?
