What is best setup to achieve this using multiple terminals?

Hi, 
we have the scenario below and I am trying to find out whether it is possible and how to do it using device codes and/or modes / and or employees...

We will have multiple staff at markets using our terminals to take payments

We only want the device to see its own transactions in the transactions section (i.e. can only refund their own transaction)
We only want the reports section on terminal to show the transactions for them i.e. daily sale for this device by default and not allow other records to be seen

Want to 'lock down' other views on teh terminal (such as team, settings etc' so they can be changes

is this posisble? I have setup device codes but cant see how to restrict transactions etc?

Ok so I think I have solved some of this. Setup individual team members with passcodes - they can the log in to the terminal with that.

This resolves he transactions query - they only see theres.

But on terminal if do Reports->Sales->[passcode in] -> they see al sales in gross sales etc across "All team members, all devices" - I really only want them to see their sales report...is that possible?
