Can I attach a floor plan to my event items for seat allocation?

Hi,

We've previously sold tickets to events with unallocated seating. Now we're considering a larger venue and want to ensure we allocate seating. Is there a way to connect a floor plan for a venue to an event listing so tickets are allocated?

Great question, @SamRead!

While this is an excellent idea, unfortunately, seating plan allocation is not a feature we currently support with event items. If you'd like to share this idea with our Product team for consideration, please submit a Feature request here. 

In the meantime, I recommend exploring the Square App Marketplace to see if there are any integrations that offer floor plan seat allocation functionality.
