If you do not get your text with a verification code, is it a problem with Square or is it a problem with your cell phone carrier?
Hi @Scbizcole. It could be either. Question. Do you have call/text screening turned on on your device? If so, your verification codes might be filtered into your devices “unknown senders” list. I know that iPhones do this if you have that setting turned on.
Otherwise, I’d recommend trying again and if it doesn’t work, you can call Square Support here. Try to use the -phone option rather than the chat option since you might be going back and forth trying a few tests.
