Where do you accept appointments?

Square Appointments provides multiple options to manage how appointments are offered to your clients:
At My Business
This option is for appointments that only occur in-person at your physical business location. Clients have to come to you for their appointments.
At the Customer’s Location
Choose this for appointments that happen at the client's location. For example, a mobile mechanic might meet a customer at their home, or a massage therapist might travel to a client's house.
At Both My Business and the Customer’s Location
This option is ideal for businesses that offer services both at their own location and at the client’s location. It suits businesses that are flexible in where they provide their services.
Phone Only
Select this for appointments that are only conducted virtually, such as phone or video consultations.
