I hope someone can help me. The contact form on my clients site is not working properly. Firstly, changes made to the back end of the site are not showing on the live page and secondly, after the completion of a form, no contact form comes into my inbox. Spam/junk has been checked and there's nothing in these boxes either.
Hi @PerfectLayout, thanks for raising this!
If you're using contact form on a Weebly site, here are a couple troubleshooting steps that can help with the issue you're having.
If you have setup the contact form on a Square Online site, this article can be of help.

Hi PerfectLayout. Did you solve this problem? I have exactly the same problem. Users to the site fill out the contact form. They receive the automated message that the form has been sent. But the form has not been sent. Proof: When I, as editor, open up the form in Pages and look at the record of forms sent (called "View Entries") there is no record of the unsent form.
Everyone misunderstands the problem, thinking it has been sent but ended up in the recipient's junk mail. But that is not true; It has not been sent at all.
I have the same problem today and I could not solve the problem at all .... I even tried to set up a new "contact form" but it appears to be the same problem. It appears that the form was send when testing it but actually nothing was send. Also no records as you said in the "view entries" in my case too...have no idea what's going on, does anybody knows how to solve it?
Hey there, @Markusozen 👋
Have you double-checked the form settings to make sure the entries are going to the correct email? Check out this article here about how to make sure the form is going to the right place.
