I set up three websites for clients about 5 years ago. I now want to transfer the ownership to those three different clients.
I read that the new owners/clients needed to have their won accounts with Weebly, so I told them individually to create their own Weebly accounts some time ago.
I now realise that this won't work as the instructions say that the accounts that I would be transferring the sites to need to be new email addresses. As I asked the clients to set up their account some time ago, they wont' be new to Weebly.
However, as the three different client accounts do not have a website on them, would I still be able to ask for the transfer?

Thanks for flagging this. So to confirm the issue here is that you need to use those specific email addresses to transfer the account, but those email addresses are already in use?
If so my suggestion would be to have those account owners call our support team who will run through some security questions with them and remove the email addresses from the accounts.
If they have a Weebly account rather than Square Online, they'll need to call in after 2 pm GMT and be transferred to the Weebly team in the US.
