Website Not Secure

Hi

My website www.timcooke.uk is hosted on weebly, and the name is from names.co.uk

No matter what I do when putting the website in a browser I get the not secure error?

I have checked in weebly and i have SSL turned on. Any ideas please?

thanks

Tim

Hi @timcooke, just taking a look at scaffurniture.uk now.

When you say you forwarded it to Square, can you confirm that the steps you took are listed in this article on connecting domains > Manual domain connection? When you connect a domain you leave the hosting and billing with the third party. Or if there was something else you had in mind, let me know.

Looking at your DNS records here https://who.is/dns/scaffurniture.uk you have four different A records, none of which are pointing to Square. For your site to populate securely, you would need two A records pointing to 199.34.228.164 but the range between .164-191 is also accepted.

I'll keep an eye out for your response to the first question for now!

Hi Tim, thanks for your post and welcome to the Seller Community.

Sorry to hear you're running into this.

I took a look this morning and your site appears to be secure now unless I've missed something.

Can you double-check and let me know if you're still seeing site not secure? It may be worth clearing cache and cookies.

If you've made any changes to your DNS records in the last few days, that may have caused the message to appear.

I'll keep an eye out for your reply! @timcooke

Hi thanks for checking. I also have the domain scaffurniture.uk forward to a page on my site.

The timcooke.uk is now showing as secure but the scaffurniture.uk (which is forwarded) is not secure?

Any ideas?

Thanks

Tim
