Hi @DJMELLY23. It can take a few business days for the identity checks and such to be completed. You didn’t say how long it has been. Square submits checks to verify your SSN and/or EIN, as well as to verify bank accounts and such. Once all of those have been completed, as long as everything is ok your account will be verified.
If it has been longer than 5 business days, you should reach out to customer support here and they will be able to help you figure out where the process is.
