Does anyone here use voiceover on the tablets, or Square Point of Sale Register?
I have a constant issue and I don't find anywhere to send the issue to Square to fix. The issue I constantly have is that when going to the add items area and clicking the drop down carrot, when on voiceover, I click on "Clear items" but it is constantly going back up to "add customers"
This is extremely frustrating. Also, being a legally blind user, I do not ever want to be forced to change to the new interface of Square.
One last thing, ever since the new update, there seems to be a lag for the cash drawer to open. Not too much, but its not automatic either.
Hello @ticodeli I appreciate you reaching out to The Seller Community with your concerns! I am so sorry you are having difficulties with the register acting up, that definitely does sound frustrating!
Have you been able to try any register troubleshooting? I would definitely make sure the register is up to date and try all those steps outlined in the support article. If you are still having issues please report this to Customer Support directly at 1-855-700-6000 squ.re/contactsqsupport, so they are aware of what is happening. But you can certainly reach back out here. I do know this might be a little difficult but in order to address the problem we will need to see the issue happening, if there is any way you can get a video of the register acting glitchy as you mentioned above that would be amazing!

@MayaP Here are some pictures of what happens:
You can see how when I click on the drop carrot and on clear item, it goes up by itself to Add Customer and then have to press clear item again. Very frustrating.
