Virtual Terminal can't take credit card payments

Hey guys,

has anyone had the issue where the option to take credit card payments suddenly disappears in virtual terminal? This has happened to me multiple times at this point.

Here's what virtual terminal is showing me:

Does anyone have quick fixes or can dev suggest or work on solutions?

Hi Tlptlptlp,

In addition to what @Candlestore replied, Square has a System Status Site which is quite useful when you run into issues.  There's a post there concerning a current problem.
