Video is not uploading

I have a 291 MB .mov file that just will not upload on Weebly.  I have kept it below the 1 GB specs ..  tries an MP4 of the same video ..  takes forever to try and upload and then forever the site says the video is uploading but it never completes nor does it upload.  I have successfully uploaded videos in the past ..  what is the problem?
