Verify My Identity only a limited number of time

I made an account and my customer code is XXXX .when I verify my identity it shows fails and I have only a limited number of time to verify. How to dealt with it?

Hello @XINGCOMMERCE, sorry to hear you're having trouble verifying your account details. 

 

For context, our automatic verification tool compares the details you enter against sources such as the electoral roll. If the information or the format does not match, verification can fail.

If you have changed your name or address recently, it would be worth trying again with your old details as these may match the records we compare against.

 

Usually, you have 4 attempts at verification. If the 4th attempt fails, you'll need to reach out to our customer support team directly who will be able to assist you with a manual onboarding. They will require some documentation from you such as a valid ID and proof of address.
