Sorry to hear you're running into this. Could you give me some information on what number you are needing for verification here? If it's regarding 2-Step Verification on your account, we have some additional information on that here.

Hello, I am trying to setup my account and am stuck on Verification of Identification. It is recommended to upload personal identification documentation... however I do not see anywhere in the site or settings where I can do so.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Success team, as they will be able to upload documents to your account on your behalf to get the verification of your account finished. Our number is 0800 098 8008. We’re available by phone from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
