Verfication

We spent hours setting up our new shop only to get stuck on a verification loop and can't get past 60% complete.

We have realised there may an issue as the account owner is not the same as the bank account holder which we had previously verified. But after trying to rectify cannot get into the ID verification page to edit/revise it just times and takes us back to dashboard. Any suggestions greatfully received!

Hey @SJCT, thank you for flagging this! That does sound strange alright. 

 

Since we do not have any access to account-specific information here in the community, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Success team. They will be able to go through the necessary steps to look into why your account cannot be verified.
