Variations missing from inventory item

I have an item with many variations and when I enter the new variations into the system, it saves them, and then when I go back to the item all of the new variations of the item have disappeared. What is going on??

Thank you for reaching out to us about this. What device are you currently using to edit? Are you also able to provide the version number of the app?

I’ve done it on the desktop and on the POS and they continue to disappear.

Thank you so much for following up on this, @laurelandlawton. Is this happening to just one specific item? If so, what item is it?

I have had terrible issues with Square. I update stock numbers and it shows out of stock a few days later. My employees count and recount constantly to try and fix what Square messes up with our inventory counts.

With this latest issue, the variations just disappear. Item is called Mariposa Melamine Platter.
