I'm having a problem adding back an employee.
Was originally in as a staff member and then removed. But I'm trying to re add her back and I get the above error. But I have checked and can't see where she is listed as an employee??
And she does not have the same email as me the merchant
Solved my own problem which may be of assistance to others.
Found that you can display all employees from the drop-down box which will include those marked inactive. Then you can edit and reactivate that employee.
