Square app constantly crashing

Started today every time the app is opened on Galaxy Tab it crashes, have followed all of your suggestions re updated software for tablet and uninstalled and reinstalled square app from play store... still crashing. This is the only way for my business to process card sales, please advise if this is a widespread problem.
