Using app on iPad I can’t turn on offline mode

I am using the app on an iPad. I can’t find how to turn on offline mode. I read that you are supposed to go to menu then settings then security. But when I go to menu then settings there is no security option available. I checked to make sure offline mode is enabled on dashboard. I also made sure the most current version of app is being used.

Hi @Ruthhelp.  Can you tell me why you want to “turn on” offline mode?  It sounds like it is enabled for your account, which means that when your POS detects that your internet connection is down it will automatically kick into offline mode as needed.  There is really no need to turn it off and on, unless something really weird is going on with your POS.  So, if you can elaborate about what you mean when you say you need to “turn it on” maybe I can help further.
