can you please help me?

we came back from hoiliday and started our business today.

the message at the checkout has prevented customers from moving to payment.

can you please help me as a matter of urgency?

Hi @CamBap - thanks for flagging this. 

 

I had a look and I've gone ahead and escalated your case because I can't see anything that would be preventing you from fulfilling orders. 

 

It may be a few hours before I have any update so I'd also suggest giving our support team a call on 0800 - 098 8008, 9AM- 5PM, Mon-Fri if you can.

hi,

i phoned Square last week and it seemed to be fixed but no one has come back to me explaining what you did.

and today the order page does not work as it says all items are out of stock.

i am currently on the phone waiting

It mentioned the setting that needed to be changed to resolve the issue.
