Dear Weebly Support Team,
I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the ongoing issue affecting my website, www.holdmykeys.eu, and the lack of response from your support team. Despite sending six emails over the past [timeframe, e.g., "week"], I have received no resolution or even acknowledgment of this critical problem.
Domain: holdmykeys.eu (connected via Weebly, status shows "Connected").
Error Message:
This site can’t provide a secure connection
www.holdmykeys.eu uses an unsupported protocol.
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.
Observations:
The error occurs regardless of using HTTP or HTTPS (all requests redirect to HTTPS, which fails).
The domain shows as "Connected" in my Weebly dashboard, but the site remains completely inaccessible.
SSL tools (like SSL Labs) report protocol/cipher mismatches, suggesting Weebly’s SSL configuration is broken for my domain.
Verified domain connection in Weebly settings (screenshot attached).
Cleared browser cache, tested multiple browsers/devices (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
Checked for mixed content issues (none found).
Waited over 48 hours for DNS propagation (no change).
Explain why my domain’s SSL is failing despite Weebly’s automatic certificate provisioning.
Fix the SSL/TLS configuration on your servers to support modern protocols (e.g., TLS 1.2/1.3).
Compensate for downtime if this is a Weebly-side issue.
A detailed technical explanation of the root cause.
A clear timeline for resolution.
Priority escalation due to prolonged unavailability of my business website.
This is unacceptable for a paid service. If I do not receive a resolution within 24 hours, I will have no choice but to:
File a formal complaint with your escalation team.
Seek refunds for unused services.

@Tom16 totally understand the frustration, but based on that error and the timing, it sounds like your SSL certificate might still be provisioning on Weebly’s end. When switching domains or pointing DNS to Square/Weebly, the SSL setup usually happens automatically, but it can take up to 72 hours (sometimes a bit longer if DNS is still resolving in the background)
I’d give it a little more time if you just made the change. In the meantime, double-check that your domain’s A record and CNAME are pointing correctly—sometimes if that part’s even slightly off, SSL won’t attach properly.
If it’s been longer than 72 hours, then yes, it’s definitely worth escalating again with screenshots and maybe trying chat or social channels if support emails aren’t getting through.
Fingers crossed it’s just a propagation hiccup!
