Updating Subscription Location

Hi! I just recently created a new location to allow for better reporting. The only thing I am having trouble with is updating client subscription/memberships to the original location; they seem to be logging under the new location. Do you know how to update the location associated with a membership/subscription?

Hi there @Bronze_Palms,

Great question!

Currently, it is not possible to modify or update the location once you have established a plan in your Dashboard. However, you can edit various details such as customer information, notes, billing frequency, items, discounts, service charges, fulfillment types, and payment details.

When creating a new plan, you have the option to choose the preferred location. It's important to note that duplicating an existing plan does not allow you to edit the selected location for that plan.
