Touch screen unresponsive, has green rectangles around text. Have held power button down for countdown to zero and reset to no avail.

Apologies for the delayed response and I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Terminal.
If the factory reset is not working and you've tried different chargers to ensure it's not a wiring issue, please give our support team a call directly at 0800 - 098 8008, 9AM- 5PM, Mon-Fri or you can send us an email here.
The warranty form comes directly from them, but we'll be able to have a replacement out to you in a couple of days.
