Why does an uncategorized category exist if you're not able to move things around? This seems to me to be a basic functionality. Is there a work around?

@fdelaney once an uncategorized item is sold, you can't move it around then. Most often this is seen if you just key in prices or create a new item without fully defining it to a category. You can always go back and sort your items and look for uncategorized items to get them in categories.

Thanks for the reply. I'm aware that they can't be moved that is why I asked the question. It doesn't help the issue though. I have charges from another software that have come in as uncategorized. I have appropriate categories, but something glitched and now I can't recategorize those sales.
