Unable to sign into account

 I receive emails through my contact form, but when I try to sign in with that address, square tries to get me to set up a new account. I've tried every email address I have and nothing works.

Hi @rdmac 

 

When you set up your square account you will have entered an email address and set a password during the account creation. Using these sign in details can you sign in to sign in to your dashboard?

Trying to get my head around the problem. You could try resetting your password and try and use this to identify the correct email address. Work your way through you possible email addresses. One thing to keep in mind you do not have to have the same login email as the email used for the contact form email notification, you may have used the same??

 

If all else fails a quick call to customer services and they may be able to run some security checks and help reset you account. Do you have two step verification setup on your account?

I've tried resetting the password.  I'll try to explain a little more clearly.  10+ years ago, I set up a weebly site for some friends (Old Page) with facebook, I think.  It's been long forgotten about by everyone involved.  A few years ago, my husband and I set up another weebly account (New Page) for my photography with, what I thought, (This post was edited by moderator to remove personal information).  I was fairly active on the website for a couple years, but over the last year or so, I haven't done much with it, and I no longer own any of the three devices I used to access the site with. Recently, I tried to log on to New Page and was prompted to set up and link a Square account.  Having done so, (This post was edited by moderator to remove personal information) now takes me to a brand new page.  My other 2 email addresses take me to the Old Page, and I can't figure out how to access the New Page.  I've emailed customer service and they reply about once a week giving suggestions.  I tried calling them, but didn't have a code for the page I was trying to access.  I will try calling them again Monday, but I'm just trying to figure out other options in the meantime.
