Unable to set up new user

Keeps saying Try out another mode after logging into app with correct information.
We try the same info on another phone, and it works. Phone we are attempting to use is a
Android phone. When you click the create a new mode, it says owner must login to account.
We have tried that and still same issue.

Some screenshots of the issue or video would help - Have you checked the user permissions you created? Has the user accepted their account in their email and set a password?


I need a little more details here to help, but my team and I use android and do successfully log in

All permissions are set properly. Accepted the email. Also tried login on different phone and it works just fine.
