I am currently unable to create house accounts.
Yesterday morning, around 9 am Pacific, I created two house accounts without issue. Then, around 1 pm Pacific, I started receiving an error message that reads "Merchant country is unsupported." I have tried to create house accounts since then on three different networks and three different devices and receive the same error message on all of them.
Is this a general error or am I specifically having a PICNIC (problem in chair, not in computer)? Any ideas how to troubleshoot this?
Same error here, currently on the customer support line. Sounds like they need to fix something on their end
