Unable to cancel voucher code

I set up a voucher code with no expiry date. I have tried to cancel the voucher but it comes up with failed to cancel voucher.

Is this voucher from the Square Marketing Dashboard? This sounds like it may be a network error - can you try again with a different browser or network?
