Unable to add stock

I am able to create a new item and variation in the item. When I try to add stock I get an error. “Error Adding Stock. Item edits were saved. Unable to add stock at this time. Please check your network connection and try again”. Using the Square POS app for iPhone.

Hey @NobleCR, thank you for your post, and welcome to the Community! 

 

That does sound strange alright. I had a look around my resources for you, and it seems like this isn't the first time we've seen this issue when adding stock. However, it seems like logging out and logging back into your account should resolve the issue. Additionally, I'd recommend running through some browser troubleshooting steps to see if that resolves the issue, too. 

 

Let me know how you get on with the above, would be happy to further investigate if the issue persists.

Logging out / logging in did not help. This is happening in the Square POS app for iPhone, so browser trouble shooting did not help.
