Unable to Verify

Hi Square,

Received my reader tried to set it up in time for an event tomorrow, at which I'll need to take payments.

 

The Square site has failed to verify my identity, despite all the information I put in being correct on the electoral register (I event tried variations of address & name.)

 

Quite concerned, as I have to be set up to take payments by 16:00 tomorrow (15th Oct), and all your contact lines are shut. Please respond ASAP with help. Otherwise I'll have to put in for a refund.

did you manage to sort this? i’ve had the exact same problem and need it for the weekend, all my information is correct as well and just says unable to verify which is very frustrating
