Unable to Verify Identity

I am a new user, attempting to purchase a card reader and thus signed up for an account.

 

As I am going through the process of verifying my identity, I agree to the process and when I click the "Let's Go" button to start taking pictures of my ID and a selfie, instead of allowing me to take photos, I am skipped ahead to a loading screen that says "Verifying your identity. This may take a minute" after which I am presented with an error message.

 

I have attempted this on 3 different browsers on 2 different devices and still get the same result.

 

I will give it some time and try later, in case it is an issue on the website end, but any further insight into this issue would be appreciated.

Hey @AnwenTullet.  Before you try it again, it would be a good idea to clear your browser’s history, cache  and cookies.  It sounds like there is something there that might be causing problems, and clearing all of that should eliminate the issue.  Good luck!

Hi,

I have attempted this with all cache, cookies, and browsing history cleared, and the issue still persists.
