URGENT! I need help accessing my main website - Reset Email link is not working

Hello,

 

I am the marketing manager for centerforadvancedwellness.com. Our website's pro account got deactivated due to a card issue. I am trying to log in to fix the situation but Weebly is saying my password is incorrect. 

 

The "reset password" link is not working. Its saying an email was sent but I am not receiving anything,

 

I would really appreciate if someone could assist me. I have tried to call support but I cannot access my account to get my pin. I had to create this account to try and get some assistance.

Hello,

 

Thank you for your response. I tried the password reset button again and still have not received an email.

 

The email on file should start with marsiliocm@

I just received the reset email and I was able to regain access to the account. Thank you very much for taking the time to assist me today.
